• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Whenever you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly alert us not less than 24 hours in advance. A cancellation policy is applicable for any cancellations made within a day of the scheduled booking.
• Late Arrivals: In the event you arrive late, your session will lengthen and be decreased in order not to postpone the next guest. The full treatment charge will still be in place.

• Personal Belongings: It is advisable to keep precious belongings at home. G Spa will not take responsibility for any items that get misplaced or stolen.
• Quiet Environment: To preserve the serenity of the environment, we politely ask that all guests refrain from excessive noise and that all mobile devices be switched off during treatments.
